Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love the gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned: gift cards, final-sale items, used or washed products, and items damaged through normal wear or chewing.

How to start a return

Email hello@runawaywalks.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded in full when an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@runawaywalks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every PawPack is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. This covers failures in stitching, webbing, zippers, and hardware under normal use. It does not cover chewing, abrasion from misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, email hello@runawaywalks.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair, replace, or refund at our option.
