Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Free standard shipping on orders over $45 — every PawPack qualifies.
- Standard shipping under that threshold: flat $6.95.
- Standard shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days in transit.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking your order
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email hello@runawaywalks.com.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@runawaywalks.com within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll help resolve it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll do our best to help.
