These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of runawaywalks.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Runaway, operated by Delval Trade LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site or make a purchase.
Products, pricing & availability
We try to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or other errors, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders & payment
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We may require additional verification before accepting an order. Payment must be received in full before we ship.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Runaway" name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without our prior written permission.
Mobile messaging terms
By consenting to Runaway's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., new product drops, offers, cart reminders) from and on behalf of Runaway at the phone number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase, and your participation is completely voluntary.

- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: We do not charge for the service, but message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan; you are responsible for all such charges. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state) and the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the phone number provided. You agree to provide a valid mobile number; if you get a new number, you will need to sign up again with the new number.
- Number changes: We may change the telephone number we use to operate the service and will notify you of any change. Messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to a number we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
- Changes to these terms: We may modify or terminate the messaging program or these terms at any time; continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, or any action you take or do not take in reliance on it.
Our text messaging is operated in compliance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA). You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Our products are walking accessories and are not safety, restraint, or medical devices; use common sense and supervise your dog.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
